Reserved trees in unsettled tracts

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette,- (a) declare that any trees or any specified class of trees standing on any land at the disposal of the Government shall, from a date to be fixed by such notification, be reserved trees; (b) vary or cancel any such notification.
