Repeal and Saving

Repeal and Saving:

1. (1) The Pawi Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 1974, and the Lai Autonomous District (Village Councils) (Amendment) Act, 1993 are here by repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any action taken or proceeding made under any provisions of the Acts repealed therein shall be deemed to be the action taken or proceedings made by this Act.
