On receipt of such report, the Executive Committee may, if it deems necessary suspend the member for any period considered reasonable.

Village Council Fund Village Council Fund: There shall be a fund for every village council, a fund to be called "Village Council Fund". Any collection authorised by Law, other than revenue and taxes made in a village for the good of the people shall be paid into the said fund.
