Maintenance of Order

Maintenance of Order: The President shall preserve order and have all powers necessary for the purpose of enforcing decision during the meeting as follows:-

1. (1) He may direct any member whose conduct is, in his Opinion, disorderly, to withdraw immediately from the day's meeting. The member ordered, in this manner, shall comply with the order at once.
2. (2) If any member is ordered to withdraw for a second time from a meeting of the same meeting of the Village Council, the President may suspend the member for the remaining period of the same meeting.
3. (3) If any member fails to carry out the directions given to him under Sub-Section
4. (1) or Sub-Section (2), the President shall report, in writing, the conduct of the member to the Executive Committee.
