Removal of Doubt and Difficulty

Removal of Doubt and Difficulty: If any doubt or difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of this Act, the Executive Committee may, as occasion may require by order do anything not inconsistent with the provision of this Act or rules made there-under which appears to it necessary for the purpose of removing such doubt and difficulty.
