Allotment of House-site or Land

Allotment of House-site or Land:

1. (1) No person shall be allowed to construct a house for any purpose without the written permission of the Executive Committee or officers authorised in this behalf.
2. (2) The Village Council should be consulted before the house or any building is constructed. Provided that nothing restricts the power of Executive Committee from allotting any house-site or sites for constructing a house or houses for any purposes, or land for jhumming or gardening purposes within the territorial jurisdiction of a village.
