REGISTRAR TO KEEP REGISTERS IN THE PRESCRIBED FORM :-

  1. (1) Every Registrar shall keep in the prescribed form a Register of Marriage-Registrations made in the area under his jurisdiction.
  2. (2) The Registrar-General shall from time to time cause to be printed and supplied to the Registrars sufficient number of registers in the prescribed form.
