OFFENCES UNDER THIS ACT SUMMARILY TRIABLE BY A MAGISTRATE An offence under this Act shall be tried summarily by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, in accordance with the procedure as laid down in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
