Penalty for demanding or receiving articles in excess of or less than quantity fixed by weight or measure

Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 12A, demands, receives or causes to be demanded or received any quantity of articles [in the course of any trade] shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to rupees three hundred.
