Penalty for sale or delivery of weight or measure, etc., not verified or stamped Whoever sells or delivers [or causes to be sold or delivered] any weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument not verified or re-verified and stamped under this Act shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees one thousand.
