Stamped weights, etc., to be prima facie deemed correct in any court

A weight or measure or weighing or measuring instrument duly stamped under the provisions of this Act or the rules shall be deemed to be prima facie correct until its inaccuracy is proved, if it is produced in any court by any public servant having charge thereof under the direction of Government, or by any person acting under the general or special authority of such public servant.
