Duties of Advisory Committee

It shall be the duty of the Advisory Committee to advise the State Government—

1. (a) in the selection of areas to be declared as National Parks or State Parks ;
2. (b) in formulating the policy to be followed in the administration of National and State Parks;
3. (c) in the matter of framing rules under section 26 ;
4. (d) on any other matter connected with the National and State Parks, which may be referred to it by the State Government.
