  1. (1) राज्य सरकार, प्रीमियम तथा भू-भाटक से संबंधित विषयों को सम्मिलित करते हुए इस अधिनियम के समस्त प्रयोजनों या उनमें से किसी प्रयोजन को कार्यान्वित करने के लिए नियम बना सकेगी।
  2. (2) इस अधिनियम के अधीन बनाया गया कोई भी नियम विधानसभा के पटल पर रखा जाएगा। 2013-1. Short title (Amendment Act, 2013) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2013. 2013-2. Amendment of Section 3 (Amendment Act, 2013) In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1984 (No. 15 of 1984) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),—
    • (i) in sub-section (1), for the figures and words “31ˢᵗ day of December, 2007”, the figures and words “31ˢᵗ day of December, 2012” shall be substituted;
    • (ii) in sub-section (2), for the figures and words “31ˢᵗ December, 2007” wherever they occur, the figures and words “31ˢᵗ December, 2012” shall be substituted. 2013-3. Amendment of Section 4 (Amendment Act, 2013) In Section 4 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for the figures and words “31ˢᵗ December, 2007”, the figures and words “31ˢᵗ December, 2012” shall be substituted 2013-4. Amendment of Section 5 (Amendment Act, 2013) In Section 5 of the principal Act,-
    • (i) in sub-section (1), for the words “and with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees but which may extend to one thousand rupees”, the words “and with fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees but which may extend to ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted;
    • (ii) in sub-section (2), for the words “may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both”, the words “shall not be less than three months but which may extend to three years and with fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees but which may extend to ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted;
    • (iii) in sub-section (3), for the words “may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with both”, the words “shall not be less than three months but which may extend to three years and with fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees but which may extend to ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted. 2017-1. Short title (Amendment Act, 2017) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2017. 2017-2. Amendment of Section 3 (Amendment Act, 2017) In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1984 (No. 15 of 1984) (hereinafter reffered to as the principal Act),—
    • (i) in sub-section (1), for the figures and words “31st day of December, 2012”, the figures and words “31st day of December, 2014” shall be substituted;
    • (ii) in sub-section (2), for the figures and words “31st December, 2012” wherever they occur, the figures and words “31st December, 2014” shall be substituted. 2017-3. Amendment of Section 4 (Amendment Act, 2017) In Section 4 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for the figures and words “31st December, 2012” the figures and words “31st December, 2014” shall be substituted. 2023-1. Short title (Amendment Act, 2023) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2023. 2023-2. Amendment of Section 3 (Amendment Act, 2023) In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1984 (No. 15 of 1984) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act),—
    • (i) in sub-section (1), for the figures and words "31ˢᵗ day of December, 2014", the figures and words "31ˢᵗ day of December, 2020" shall be substituted;
    • (ii) in sub-section (2), for the figures and words "31ˢᵗ December, 2014" wherever they occur, the figures and words "31ˢᵗ December, 2020" shall be substituted. 2023-3. Amendment of Section 4 (Amendment Act, 2023) In Section 4 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for the figures and words "31ˢᵗ December, 2014", the figures and words "31ˢᵗ December, 2020" shall be substituted.
