Amendment of section 19

Amendment of section 4.- In section 4 of the principal Act,-

1. (1) in sub-section (1), after the words “subject to the authority of the Commissioner”, the words “and subject to the powers and jurisdiction of Zilla Dharmika Parishat” shall be inserted;
2. (2) in sub-section (2), after the words “to perform such duties or exercise such powers as may be conferred on him”, the words “and subject to the powers and jurisdiction of Zilla Dharmika Parishat” shall be inserted.
