Statutory text
Amendment of section 1.- In the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act, 1997 (Karnataka Act 33 of 2001) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 1, for sub-section (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) It shall not apply to a math or temple attached to or managed by math."
