Amendment of section 19

Amendment of section 19.- In section 19 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) in sub-section (1),-

1. (a) for the word “Commissioner”, the words “Rajya Dharmika Parishat” shall be substituted;
2. (b) for clause (i), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(i) payment of terminal benefits to the Archaks and temple servants where there is no sufficient fund at the credit of the institution;”
   • (ii) sub-section

1. (3) shall be omitted.
