Amendment of section 24.- In section 24 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the words “the Commissioner shall be the Chief Controlling Authority”, the words “subject to the powers and jurisdiction of the Rajya Dharmika Parishat the Commissioner shall be the Chief Controlling Authority” shall be substituted.
