Amendment of section 23

Amendment of section 23.- In section 23 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) in clause (a), after the words “State Government” the words “under the provisions of Mysore Religious and Charitable Institutions Act, 1927” shall be inserted;
2. (ii) for clause (e), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “(e) All Hindu Religious Institutions registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950;

1. (ee) All Hindu Religious Institutions which are in receipt of any monthly or annual grant from public revenue or any amount under the Karnataka Certain Inams (Abolition) Act, 1977.”
