General Fund.- (1) The

1[University] shall establish a General Fund to which the following amount shall be credit ed, namely:-

1. (i) all fees which may be charged by the 1[University] ;

(ii ) all sums rec eived from any other sourc e not prohibit ed by any law for the time being in forc e;

1. (iii) all contributions made to the 1[University] ;
2. (iv) all contributions/donations made in this behalf by any other person or body which are not prohibit ed by any law for the time being in forc e.

1. (2) The funds credited to the General Fund shall be applied to meet all the recurring expenditure of the 1[University] .
