Authorities of the

1[University] .- The following shall be the authorities of the

1[University] , namely:-

1. (i) The Board of Governors;
2. (ii) The Board of Management; 1[(iii) Academic, Research and outreach Council;] 2[(iv) XXX ]
3. (v) The Financ e Committee; and
4. (vi) Such other authorities as may be declared by the Board of Management to be the authorities of the 1[University] .
