The Academic, research and outreach council

(1) The Academic, research and outreach council shall consist of the following, namely:-

1. (i) The Vice-Chanc ellor – Chair –person
2. (ii) The Dean cum Advisor – Member
3. (iii) The Chief Operating officer and Registrar (COO&R) – Secret ary
4. (iv) The Chief Programme Officer – Member
5. (v) Such other members as may be specified by the Board of Management.

1. (2) The Academic, research and outreach council shall be the principal academic body of the University and shall exercise general supervision over the ac ademic policies of the University.]
