The Finance Committee

(1) The Financ e Committee shall c onsist of the following, namely:-

1. (i) The Chanc ellor or his Nominee - Chairperson (ii) 1[T he Vice Chanc ellor] – Member
2. (iii) The COO&R- Member
3. (iv) The 1[Dean cum Advisor] s- Members
4. (v) Finance Officer – Secret ary
5. (vi) One nominee of the Sponsoring Body- Member; and
6. (vii) Such other members as may be specified by the Board of Management.

1. (2) The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the 1[University] t o t ake care of financial matters and shall co-ordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the 1[University] .
