झारखण्ड अधिनियम-03, 2001 की धारा-12 में चिकित्सा भत्ता प्रतिमाह अंक एवं शब्द में "2000/- (दो हजार) रू०" के स्थान पर "3000/- रू० (तीन हजार) रू०" प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
