This Act amends the Jharkhand law on the salaries, allowances and pension of members of the Legislative Assembly. It doubles the monthly constituency allowance from ₹4,000 to ₹8,000, raises the daily allowance from ₹350 to ₹500, and extends travel entitlements to include travel by ship.
