संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-
- (1) यह अधिनियम झारखण्ड विधान-मंडल (सदस्यों का वेतन, भत्ता और पेंशन) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2005 कहा जा सकेगा ।
- (2) यह अधिसूचना निर्गत करने की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगा ।
