झारखण्ड अधिनियम-03, 2001 की धारा-5 में क्षेत्रीय भत्ता प्रतिमाह अंक एवं शब्द "4000/- रू० (चार हजार)" के स्थान पर "8000/- रू० (आठ हजार)" प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा ।
