34. Annual Report of the University– (1) The annual report on the working of the University shall be prepared under the direction of the Vice-Chancellor and shall include the annual accounts of the University and the steps taken by the University towards the fulfilment of its objects shall be submitted to the Executive Council on or before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes and shall be considered by the Executive Council which may pass resolutions thereon for such action, if any, as may be specified in such resolutions : Provided that no decision shall be taken on the annual accounts nor shall there be anything in the resolution on the annual report which may have the effect of anticipating the report of the auditors on the annual accounts.
