उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-2 में यथापरिभाषित विधान-सभा का कोई पदाधिकारी निम्न प्रकार से सत्कार भत्ता पाने का हकदार होगा: (क) अध्यक्ष : 1000/-(एक हजार) रुपये प्रतिमाह, (ख) उपाध्यक्ष : 500 (पाँच सौ) रुपये प्रतिमाह।
