Power to make rules

The Court of Wards may, with the previous sanction of the 1[State Government], make rules consistent with this Act regulating all or any of the following matters, namely :—

1. (a) the management of properties of all or any property under the superintendence of the Court of Wards ;
2. (b) the procedure to be observed and the powers to be exercised by all or any persons in all or any proceedings under this Act ;
3. (c) all matters or things required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed ; and
4. (d) generally for the purpose of giving effect to all or any of the provisions of this Act.
