Delivery of documents and accounts on release of property

Whenever the Court of Wards releases the property of any person from its superintendence, it shall deliver to such person or if it has appointed a guardian under sub-section

1. (1) of Section 47, to such guardian all documents of title and all papers and accounts (other than Government records) relating to such property.
