Statutory text

(1) The Deputy Commissioner shall, after such inquiry as he may consider necessary, decide as to each claim made against any ward or property, in manner in section 26 and section 27 provided whether such claim is either in whole or in part, to be admitted or disallowed and shall intimate, in writing his decision in respect of each such claim to the claimant thereof.
