Deputy Commissioner when to discharge the duties of guardian or manager

If no such guardian or manager is appointed by the Court of Wards, the Deputy Commissioner of the District specified in the order of assumption in the notification under section 9 or any other Deputy Commissioner whom the Court of Wards may appoint in that behalf, shall be competent to do anything that might be lawfully done by a guardian of the person or a manager of the property appointed under this Chapter.
