Court of Wards assuming superintendence of the property to take possession thereof. Procedure as to property situate in other districts

As soon as conveniently may be after the assumption, by the Court of Wards, of the superintendence of the property of any person the Deputy Commissioner of every district within which any part of such property may be situated, or some person authorised in writing, by him in this behalf, shall take possession of all such property and all accounts and papers relating thereto, and shall do all other acts and things which may be necessary to secure and protect the same and place it under proper custody and control.
