Execution of orders of the Judge and Civil Appellate Courts.

(1) All orders of the Judge shall be executed in the same manner as if they were decrees of the Court of Small Causes passed under 4[the relevant Small Cause Courts Act]. (2) All orders of the 5[Civil Appellate Courts] shall be executed as if they were the decrees of the 1[Civil Appellate Court]. 6[436A. The references in this Act to a Magistrate of the First Class or Magistrate shall in relation to the City of Ahmedabad be construed as references to a Magistrate appointed under section 14 of the Ahmedabad City Courts Act, 1961.]
