Appointment of Transport Manager.

No person knowing that he is suffering from a dangerous disease shall engage in or carry on any trade, business or occupation which he cannot engaged in or carry on without risk of spreading the disease. Explanation.-- For the purposes of this rule, making, carrying or offering for sale or taking part in the business of making, carrying or offering for sale any article of food or drink for human consumption and any other trade, business or occupation which may from time to time be specified by public notice by the Medical Officer of Health shall be deemed to be a trade, occupation or business in which a person suffering from a dangerous disease cannot engage in or carry on without risk of spreading the disease.
