Questions as to disqualification to be determined by the Judge.

The provisions of the Bombay Local Fund Audit Act, 1930, shall continue to apply in respect of the audit of the accounts of the Ahmedabad Borough Municipality for the period up to the date immediately preceding the appointed day and of all other matters connected with, or arising out of, such audit as if this Act had not come into operation : Provided that all references in the Bombay Local Fund Audit Act, 1930, to the President of the local authority or to the local authority shall be deemed to be references to the Commissioner.
