Recovery of certain dues by distress and sale.

In any case not expressly provided for in this Act or in any rule or by-law made thereunder, any sum due to the Corporation on account of any charge, cost or costs, expenses, fees, rates or rent or any other account under this Act or under any such rule or bye-law, shall be recoverable by distress and sale of the movable property of the person from whom such sum is due, in the manner provided by Chapter XII.
