Duty of occupier to furnish true information regarding owner's name and address

If the occupier of any land or building neglects or refuses, without reasonable cause, to comply with a notice served under section 110 or furnishes information which is untrue to his knowledge he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees.
