Saving of right to claim damages for injury.

Nothing in this Act shall affect the right of any person who may suffer injury or whose property may be injuriously affected by reason of any act done in exercise of any power conferred by sections 160, 161, 162, 163, 181, 183, 184 and 254 to recover damages.
