Agreement

Agreement made between a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Grantee) and the President of India acting through the Social Welfare Department / Department of Women and Child Development, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Government). The agreement binds the Grantee to: (i) use the grant only for the specified purpose, (ii) maintain proper accounts and keep them ready for government audit as per GNCTD Rules 2008, (iii) maintain records of assets acquired from the grant and transfer them to the Government if the Grantee ceases to exist or violates the rules, (iv) refund any unutilized grant amount at the end of the financial year, and (v) ensure the grant is used economically.
