Economy and regulation of allowances

The institution shall exercise all possible economy in its working especially in respect of its expenditure out of grant. The grant shall be subject to the condition that the house rent allowance, traveling allowance, daily allowance and other similar allowance should be so regulated as not be exceed the corresponding allowance sanctioned to the Government employee from time to time by the Government.
