Adherence to Financial Rules and Audit

All grants shall be subject to the General Financial Rules, 2005 as amended from time to time and shall also be subject to audit by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India/Directorate of Internal Audit of Government of NCT of Delhi/Internal Audit of Social Welfare Department/Women and Child Development Department, as the case may be. The cost of such audit shall be borne by the institution concerned.
