Register of assets

The organization shall maintain a register in the Form GFR 19 of permanent and semi-permanent assets acquired, wholly or mainly, out of the grant. The register shall remain open for inspection to the representative of the Department/Government. The register shall be maintained separately in respect of the grant and a copy thereof furnished to the Government along with the audited accounts.
