Removal from membership of any authority or Board of University

The Chancellor may on the request of the Board remove any person from the membership of any authority including the Board, of the University upon the ground that such person has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude: Provided that no order for removal shall be passed against any person without giving him an opportunity of being heard:
