Amendment of section 5

(1) In the Principal Act, in section 5, in sub-section (1), for the clause (a), the following shall be substituted, namely:- "(a) the Regulatory Commission may direct the Private University to ensure the infrastructure and other requirements as determined by the Regulatory Commission as per the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Niji Kshetra Vishwavidyalaya (Sthapna Aam Viniyaman) Adhiniyam, 2004 and the rules made thereunder;" (b) the Regulatory Commission shall, within a period of one month from the date of the commencement of this Act, submit a report to the State Government regarding the deficiencies in the existing Private Universities."
