Power to make rules.

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Adhiniyam. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters; namely :- (a) the manner of making proposal to establish University and the fees payable under sub-section (1) of section 4; (b) other particulars to be contained in the Project Report under sub-section (2) of section 4; (c) other matters to be provided for in the Statutes under sub-section (1) of section 25; (d) arrangements to be made for the administration of the University on the dissolution of the Sponsoring Body under sub-section (2) of section 33; (e) matters to be prescribed under clause (d) of sub-section (5) of section 34.
