Subsequent Ordinances.

Statutory text
(1) All ordinances other than the First Ordinances shall be made by the Academic Council with the approval of the Board of Management. (2) The State Government shall publish all Ordinances made under sub-section (1) in the Gazette and on such publication the Ordinances shall come into force.
