Definitions

In this Adhiniyam, unless the context otherwise requires- (a) "Ordinance" means an Ordinance of the University ; (b) "Sponsoring Body" in relation to a University means- (i) a society registered under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973); (ii) any Public Trust ; or (iii) a Company registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (No. 1 of 1956); (c) "Statute" means a Statute of the University ; (d) "University" means a University established under sub-section (1) of Section 5.
