Regulations.

(1) The Authorities of the University constituted by or under this Adhiniyam may make regulations subject to the provisions of this Adhiniyam, the statutes and the ordinances of the University. (2) The Board of management may modify or annual any regulations made under this section by any authority : Provided that any authority which is not satisfied with any modification or annulment may appeal to the Governing Body whose decision in this matters shall be final.
