Statutory text
(1) For classification of hotels, the State Government will follow the standard operating procedures issued by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India from time to time. (2) The State Level Tourism Development Committee under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary will oversee the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures issued by Ministry of Tourism Government of India.
